I know firsthand from family experience how difficult insomnia can be, and how if left untreated can snowball into more issues. Because of this I decided to get training in CBT-I to help others ...

I'm Dr. Michelle Lyons and I treat insomnia and co-occurring anxiety in adults throughout CA and FL. It feels like your nights have become a battlefield where the harder you fight for rest, the further away it slips. You’re likely exhausted from laying awake for no good reason, watching the clock tick through the odd hours while tossing and turning in frustration. Whether it’s the disruption of repeated nightmares or the constant, nagging worry about whether you’ll get “enough” sleep to function, insomnia has a way of shrinking your world. You’ve likely tried everything, advice from doctors, suggestions from family, and every "trick" the internet has to offer, yet you still wake up feeling fatigued, with your mind stuck in a loop of thinking about sleep when you’d rather be thinking about ...
