Nathan Becker Featured
Hi, I’m Nathan Becker, a licensed professional counselor based in Portland, Oregon. I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, OCD, body-focused repetitive behaviors, and insomnia. My approach to insomnia treatment is rooted in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, while also honoring the very real ways sleep difficulties often overlap with stress, overthinking, emotional overwhelm, and nervous system activation.
Whether you are struggling to fall asleep, waking throughout the night, lying awake with racing thoughts, or feeling anxious about sleep itself, I offer a structured and supportive space to help you rebuild your relationship with rest. Nick Froehlich Featured
I'm a licensed clinical social work, with 10 years of clinical experience in community mental health. I graduated from Temple University in 2016 and began my career in social work.

This drove my passion to continue my education on sleep hygiene and treatments for insomnia, both personally and professionally. Not only did I find the research fascinating, I was also inspired by the level of impact CBT-I can make on individuals.
In 2026, I started my private practice, with the goal of treating insomnia and the comorbidities that often come along with the diagnosis.
